TASTING NOTES

Color: Bright gold color illuminated by brilliant greenish reflections.

Aroma: Broad and vibrant, with sweet notes of fresh apple, pear, vanilla, plum, yellow peach, and delicate touches of acacia honey.

Taste: Pleasantly round and enveloping. Displaying great balance, it closes with a firm and persistent savory trail on the finish.
AGRONOMIC DATA

Altitude: 50 meters above sea level.

Harvest period: Hand-harvested in early September. The grapes begin to ripen in the second half of August and are intentionally taken beyond their physiological ripeness to achieve greater complexity.
OENOLOGICAL DATA

Vinification:The hand-harvested grapes are destemmed, gently pressed, and cold-clarified to ferment at a controlled temperature. At the end of fermentation, the wine is left to rest on its lees (fine lees), which are gently stirred to impart greater structure to the product.

Aging: Stabilized and bottled towards the end of March, it matures further in bottle until May before being released to the market.
