Aroma: Intense hints of blackberries and mulberries, balanced by elegant spicy notes and nuances of tobacco.

Taste: Enveloping and fragrant, it is very balanced and highly pleasing on the palate.
AGRONOMIC DATA

Altitude: 50 meters above sea level.

Harvest period: Starting in early September with Syrah, then continuing with the other grape varieties, harvesting each at the moment of full phenolic ripeness.
OENOLOGICAL DATA

Vinification: Manual harvest and destemming-crushing. After traditional maceration, the wine is transferred to used oak to undergo malolactic fermentation.

Aging: Blended at the end of malolactic fermentation, it continues its maturation in stainless steel tanks for at least 12 months, then refines in the bottle until May before being released to the market.
